A rock/alternative night which is open to the public now. It's kinda so so, the dj is ok and he plays a variety of music but nothing really classic (Zeppelin, DC,Maiden, Skid Row etc)
and nothing too heavy coz the bar manager won't allow him coz apparently it'll make people leave! Grrr
All in all it's ok and the drink is cheap and it's got an ace sound system! |

| I'm pretty sure this is no longer on anymore - the original post was made quite some time ago. Resurrection was actually at the Underground before moving to the Rigger. When the management changed they pretty much decided they didn't like rock/metal music. As far as I know it's now an emo/indie venue with 'NME' focused nights. The odd live bands that may be worth checking out though. |
