| Lowlife has moved several times during its various incarnations, and I can't say that the Jazz Place is my favourite. However, it does have space for dancing, space to sit down, and a bar - so that's all you really need :-)
Well worth a visit as this is the only dedicated goth club in brighton and gets a good turn-out every month with regulars plus a few visitors from 'foreign parts' (i.e. out of brighton) every time. |

| I've always had a brilliant time at Lowlife, though I have to agree that the Jazz Place isn't my favourite of the various venues it's inhabited, either. Still, you're always guaranteed great music and it's a quite laid-back and very friendly atmosphere. |

| Was exceedingly small and intimate if you like that sort of thing. Possibly closed? |

| It's moved again peeps! It's now at The Engine Room on Preston Street. Check out the website for more details, but for you lazies out there: next Lowlife is Sat 25th Sept (usual opening hours and £5.00 to get in) and there appears to be a Halloweenie event happening on Friday 30th there too. xxx
