Fantastic place, the artwork and lyrics on the walls always give you something to look at if you get bored of dancing :) Is always fun on approach to listen to the windows vibrating from the volume of the music *g* Shame the classic rock section isn't bigger, but I can't fault the music at all... Might be worth adding - they seem to have stopped doing the flyers there now. Students get discounts on entry.

Yup, sadly Barrie has retired the haunted fishtank but the replacement night has some great variety and holds equal entertainment value.

New cyber/industrial night starting up on Friday 21st November courtesy of the Cyberpolis crew. Saturday nights are pretty good for all your 80's and goff requirements...

Great place to hang out. Good music, nice people and great atmosphere (especially Thursday and Saturday cos Phil the DJ plays some good ole metal and alternative tracks). And, most importantly, cheap beer! See you by the bar!

I went here last week after seeing Gary Numan and had a really good time. The staff were really friendly and helpful as I'd never been before, the music was pretty good and the drink prices weren't too expensive. I definately plan on coming again, this time on a saturday

| If your really into EBM/Noise/Industrial/Cyberdog stuff then you will be sorely dissapointed, though the general atmosphere of the nightclub itself is well worth it... The music can be lacking at times...
Oh and in related news, Eddies may be shut this evening (23rd Oct) due to licencing issues so I am led to believe |

Went to celebrate a double birthday here the other week (on a Thursday - I think thats the student night?) and had a lovely time. The music seemed to cater for lots of tastes - not just goth, but mainstream rock and ska punk as well, it was played in little intervaled slots so everyone got to dance, rest, have a drink and get going again, and I was suprised and pleased by how reasonably priced the soft drinks were, and a COOLING SYSTEM! :D on the dancefloor / moshpit / call it what you will, along with no smoke machine! The ladies loos were clean, had toilet paper, and working locks, (miracle of miracles!) I had a really good night and talked to lots of nice people, a must go place if you ask me :D

Closed down due a fire that gutted the top floor. Occasional stand in club is floating around in Birmingham held at various venues.

It's being held at a place called The Newt every Saturday for the time being (under the ramp from the Pallasades by McDonalds). I miss the old Eddies.
