| heheehee, went to the outdoor cabbage new years bash in the middle of a field somewhere in leeds, was the only goth there, so at least i got to be the best dressed. a bit cold in the music tent but the humming in a mantra style around the bonfire was fun. |

| What a funky, u.v tastic evening!! Cool tunes and all your favourite clubbers under one roof! They sell alcohol too, which is a bonus if you don't fancy pilling the night away-and which self respecting goth would? A good night out, although has one major drawback-it clashes with Deadstars. However, why not take a trip over there afterwards? Don't forget your neon make-up!

| Try and go with a large group as this makes the better night out. Cabbage is really friendly but sometimes in that unpleasant too touchy feely way. The bouncers are nice and they look out for you in a good way, and the staff are always friendly without being annoying. |

| Interesting we get a mention here guys!
Thanks for the comments.
Have to put a few things right though.
You need to distinguish between Cabbage and the West Indian Centre.
We run *one* night a month down there (usually the last Saturday). The other nights (Sub Dub, Riff Raff etc.) are run by entirely different people and are *not* Cabbage.
We have *never* done an outside New Years Eve party. Not sure where you were, but it wasn't a Cabbage.
Our music policy is: Psy-Trance and/or Hard Techno in the main room and chill-out in the second room.

| Good fun night! The crowd are very friendly, but as somebody else mentioned, they can get a little too intimate on a busy night. The bouncers are lovely.
Definitely goth friendly, and locals may be surprised by the number of faces they recognise. |
