DescriptionTech Noir is a synthpop, EBM and Industrial club in Stockholm, throwing the first party the 26th of February 1999. Tech Noir is founded by the Stockholm clubs "Dieters Synth-Bar" and "Necronomicon". The clubs are hosted in "Kolingsborg" in the center of Stockholm (underground station "Slussen").
