| Description | Used to be a mainstream place, but they have started putting on a rock night on friday from around 7pm-2pm with live bands every week, it is cheaper if you can pick up a flyer and they play some good old school metal. If you're dissilussioned with places playing emo all the time, this is a good alternative. Regular live bands & DJs playing goth/rock/punk

| I was a student in Hull about 12 years ago and they had a regular indie night on a tuesday. As I lived on Spring Bank, it was only a short stagger away. I went back to Hull a few years ago and saw that the Silhouette have been given a trendy facelift.
Glad to hear that it's got an alternative night again. Does anyone else with a long memory remember the alternative nights on a Tuesday from the early 90s? |
